At a time when my life took a huge pivot, I was forced to outsource ways of managing stress, anxiety, overload and a feeling of limbo.  I discovered Reiki.   It truly helped me reconnect with myself as well as managing the symptoms of the unusual turmoil in my life.  I will be forever grateful for this.

Now I want to share this with others.   With you.

Reiki is the Japanese word for Universal Life Energy; and Reiki practitioners use this energy to help your body help itself to heal through deep relaxation, chakra balancing and stress relief.

As a reiki practitioner I hope to combine my philosophy of love, kindness and positivity; my 25years experience as a hands-on beauty & massage therapist; my signature “tickles” and my need to help others feel better.  I have created a little sanctuary in my studio and look forward to welcoming you in my studio.

Jai has a passion for people, sharing her knowledge and loves to pinpoint a problem to find a creative solution to it. She inspires others through laughter, education and creating self-belief in those she works with. With a strong business background, Jai’s experience includes successful salon owner, heading manufacturer education teams, maintaining wholesale distribution, an international nail judge, and CEO to an RTO delivering all aspects of beauty therapy.

She was the Australian Director for Bioelements Professional Skin Care, Cuccio USA & Charisma Nail Innovations USA. She was the head of education for all of these brands. She has held positions as an elite level educator for many nail brands including EzFlow, ibd, Too Much Fun, and has her Postgraduate Diploma in Beauty Therapy, Certificate in Laser Safety and IPL, and Balinese Massage.

A self-confessed education junkie, Jai is actively involved in the Australian beauty industry and travels regularly to teach and attend workshops at trade shows and educational events both nationally and internationally. She has a strong history of competing, placing in several Australian competitions, and ranked in the top 5 masters section when she proudly represented Australia at the very first three Nailympics in Las Vegas. Now she proudly judges regularly as part of the Nailympia and as a qualified INJA judging team. She has been published in trade magazines such as Professional Beauty, Scratch Magazine, The Australian Beauty Therapist and Nails Magazine USA, and has been guest speaker at events such as Cosmoprof Asia, Salon Melbourne, Olympia London & Lash Vision Leaders.

Jai works hard to inspire her team of educators, her students & her clients – she truly believes in trying to be the best she can be whilst having a little fun at the same time!

A little known fact about Jai: she is a chocoholic, an Airbrush Portraiture artist and her motto in life is “it’s all about the love”.
